The CRM for Dubai real estate agents
Work the queue. Then turn it to face the client.
Streams Property keeps who to call, which enquiry fits which listing and every DLD sale for your community in one place. One key hides all of it and leaves the market, the map and your unit types for the client across the table.
Onboarding agencies one community at a time. Built in Dubai, priced in AED.
Built around three jobs, not around a database
Most CRMs give you tables named after their schema. This one is arranged the way an agent's day actually runs.
The queue
Overdue follow-ups, tenancies coming up for renewal and contacts going cold, in one list ordered by what it costs to leave them. A call is logged or a task ticked from the row.
- Log a call in three taps, from a phone
- Renewals derived from the contract, 100 days out
- Enquiry matching scored on budget, beds and community
The market
Every DLD sale and tenancy for your community, matched to the unit, with days on market, price cuts and yields. On a map that encodes status by shape, so colour can mean the one thing that matters.
- Stock imported from CSV or DLD, with duplicates matched by unit
- Comparables on every property record
- Verified pins you placed yourself
The client beside you
One key turns the CRM into a presentation: the map, the market, unit types, sales, rentals and reports. No pipeline, no contacts, no notes.
- Shareable unit-type brochures with optional prices
- Light and dark, on a laptop or a phone
- Back to the queue with the same key
What is in it
Everything below is in the product today, on every plan unless the pricing says otherwise.
DLD sales matched to units
Import the sales and tenancies DLD gives you and each row is matched to the unit it belongs to, so a record carries its own history, its last transfer and its rent.
The map
Every unit on a map where shape is status, the stroke says whether you placed the pin yourself, and fading says how long ago it was listed.
Outreach
A queue of follow-ups, renewals and contacts going cold. Message templates quote a budget from recent sales of that size in that community, and WhatsApp messages can be drafted for you.
Pipeline
Deals by stage with commission and co-broke recorded on the deal, and Google Calendar kept in step with your meetings.
Insights and shared reports
Medians, yields and price bands for a community, a bedroom count or a single unit, built from the same matched rows. Share a view as a report link that expires, and revoke it when you like.
Brochures
Unit-type brochures as share links, with prices shown or left out, an expiry date and a revoke switch.
A feed for your own site
Your website can show the communities you publish and their figures from Property, and send its enquiries and valuation requests back in. Set up with you, one agency site at a time.
Speak to Property
Tell Siri a unit is on the market or a buyer needs a call, and Property updates the record or makes the task.
A map that reads at a glance
Portals paint seven colours over satellite imagery. Here status is shape, verification is the stroke, age is opacity, and the accent is reserved for the property you are looking at and the stock that fits the buyer you are talking to.
One key, and the CRM is gone
Press it and the sidebar, the pipeline and every contact disappear. What is left is the map, the market for the community, your unit types, sales, rentals and reports, at a size that reads across a table. Press it again and the queue is back where you left it.
It starts with your own data
The market layer is built from the DLD extract you import, matched to your units. We sell the matching, the budgets and the insights, not the rows.
Import your DLD extract
Sales and tenancies for your community, as the file DLD gives you. Nothing is pre-loaded and nothing is shared between agencies.
Every row finds its unit
Each sale and tenancy is matched to the property it belongs to, so a record shows its own history, its last transfer and its rent.
Budgets and insights follow
Outreach messages quote a budget from recent sales for that unit type. Insights read from the same rows, so the numbers agree.
Works with Tempo
Tempo is the family's planner. Connect it in Settings and your Property tasks are planned into the day around your meetings; anything you tick off or move there comes back here, and a task you tell Siri can arrive as one of yours.
