Every task you have, planned into the day.

Tempo is the planner in the Streams family. Projects and templates for work, family and shopping lists for home, and Siri when your hands are full. It connects to Streams Property, and works just as well on its own.

At tempo.streams-crm.com, under its own name and with its own sign-in.

What it does

The same planner for the working day and the one at home. Nothing in it is specific to a trade.

Projects and durations

Tasks grouped by what they belong to, each with how long it takes, so the day is planned in time and not just in order.

Planned around your meetings

Tempo places tasks into the free time between your calendar's events, and can write the blocks it plans to Google Calendar.

Templates

Start a project from a template, built in or one you saved. Untick what you do not need, pick a date, and the due dates follow.

Family lists

Share a space with the people at home through an invite link. They see what is in that space and nothing else of yours.

Shopping lists

Checklists that are never scheduled, with items sorted into the aisles of the shop. A recipe link becomes a list.

Siri

Say "Add to Tempo" and the task is in. Siri reads back what was added, and "undo that" takes it out again.

Two ways with Streams Property

Property keeps the client, the unit and the deal. Tempo plans the work around your meetings. The tasks between them stay in step in both directions, so neither one is out of date.

  1. Create a key in Tempo

Settings, Connected apps. The key is for one space in Tempo, the one your Streams work belongs in, and is shown once.

  2. Paste it into Property

Settings, Tempo. Property sends your open tasks across and keeps sending them as they are made.

  3. Work from either side

A task ticked off or moved in Tempo comes back to Property. Turn on one switch and a task added in Tempo, typed or spoken, comes into Property assigned to you.

  • A portal listing pasted into Tempo arrives in Property as a property, waiting to be paired with a client.
  • Tempo can write its planned blocks to Google Calendar, and Property then stops adding its own events for those tasks.
  • Streams Events is next to connect, in the same way.

On its own, for the rest of life

You do not need a Streams product to use Tempo. Its lists work as well for a household: the week's shopping, the holiday, the jobs around the house. It is free for you and the people you share a space with.
